Joe began his journey with CPSS in administration, and quickly discovered his passion for simulation and education. Through learning the ropes of being a sim tech, he was able to advocate for a new position in which he works directly with medical professionals to address the entire perioperative experience-- and how we can strive for institutional culture that is both inclusive and effective. Joe values all of the many connections he has maintained and forged with departments throughout the hospital, understanding the importance of community in health care.

Joe loves being a dad, 3-D printing, and biking.
